Gwenn was fortunate enough to be there when Jake got off his plane. This is Jacob and Isaac's first meeting. Gwenn shot this photo to Aunt Maureen and Maureen was able to send it to everyone with the blessed news that her baby made it home!!! Thank you so much Gwenn for being there!!!
